Caramel Bread Pudding Recipe
My favorite Bread pudding recipe ever.

Ingredients

Vanilla Sauce
Instructions
  1. Use Day old bread. Cube bread and add it to a large baking dish Set aside.
  2. Mix together liquid ingredients, sugars, Pumpkin spice and eggs with an electric mixer. Add mixture to the Bread and mix in Caramel chips. For best results let the liquid absorb overnight. (8-10 hours)
  3. The next day (8 – 10 hours later) Stir the mixture to reincorporate the ingredients. Bake at 375* for 40 -50 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Vanilla Sauce: Bring all ingredients except vanilla to a full boil for 5 – 8 minutes then add the vanilla.
  5. Pour the Sauce over the pudding and serve.
