It is time for the start of school so I thought I would share a fun learning craft the Construction Paper Flags Kids Craft. You can make a specific flag and learn about that nation or culture. Once the child understands the meaning of the parts of a flag they can create there own flag and explain why they choose the specific design elements for their flag. We used scotch tape for our flag because my little helper just LOVES Scotch tape but your can use your favorite kid safe glue.
How to Make 3D Paper Stars is a simple but fun project you can do alone or make with the kids. If making the stars with children remember to supervise them with scissors or cut the stars out ahead of time. These 3D Stars make great Party decorations to hang from a ceiling or as a back drop for pictures. I made these for my Grandmother as a table decoration.
Today’s Kids Craft is How to Make a Paper Hat. This project is fun because once you master the basics you can change the design up to make many different hats. Have the kids add stickers or color the paper to make the hat their own.
